User-Generated Content
Your Content Rights
- Ownership: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or input into the App.
- Original Content: You represent that all content you provide is original or that you have the necessary rights to use and share it.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
License Grant to BetWiser
- Display your content within the App.
- Process and analyze your data to provide App functionality.
- Create aggregated, anonymized statistics that may be shared publicly.
- Back up and store your content to provide reliable service.
User Content Guidelines
- Do not upload content that violates laws or regulations.
- No infringement of intellectual property rights.
- No false, misleading, or defamatory content.
- No harassment, spam, or sharing others' personal information without consent.
Third-Party Content
- Licensed Content: Football statistics and player data may be licensed from third parties.
- Usage Rights: For personal, non-commercial use within the App only.
- Restrictions: No extraction, reproduction, or redistribution outside the App.
Intellectual Property
- Trademarks remain the property of their owners.
- Copyrighted material use is limited to fair use for statistical and analytical purposes.
- App design, analytics tools, and database structures are owned by BetWiser.
User License
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- Access and view content within the App.
- Create and share statistical analyses using App tools.
Content Moderation
- We may review, remove, or report user content that violates these terms.
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.
Data Export and Portability
You may request to export or delete your data. Requests must be submitted to cal@betwiser.co.uk and will be processed within 30 days.
Commercial Use
No commercial use, selling, or redistribution without permission. Contact cal@betwiser.co.uk for licensing.
Copyright and DMCA
We respect intellectual property rights and follow DMCA procedures.
DMCA Takedown Requests — email cal@betwiser.co.uk with your contact info, the copyrighted work, and a good-faith statement.
Counter-Notifications — if your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification per standard DMCA rules.

Termination
